Lien vers la page Web de l'orateur Résumé : After a brief introduction to the applications, we will  present in the first part of the talk the large deformation  via diffeomorphism framework  to derive the Hamiltonian equations underlying the model: several cases from the finite dimensional case to the infinite dimensional case will be discussed. The second part of the talk will focused on a stochastic perturbation of the Hamiltonian equations for the finite dimensional case and we will extend the model to the infinite dimensional case. Related to this stochastic perturbation, we will present a spline model (close to riemannian splines) to interpolate time sequence data of shapes which takes advantage of the previous Hamiltonian formulation.
